Yoga – Day 86 – October 7, 2014

To regain balance in my life, I have decided to try yoga.
I really enjoyed it tonight.
And I am ready for more!

The yoga teacher Melanie asked us to think of one thing that makes us fabulous and wonderful.
“What makes you YOU?”

In my slightly awkward and wobbly warrior pose, I thought about my kindness.
And I thought about how I need to be kind to myself too.

Thank you for a lovely evening.
I am glad I went.
